Suffern Montessori School was founded in 1984, by two teachers dedicated to the principles and practices of Maria Montessori.

SMS has one classroom with children ranging in age from 2 years 9 months through 6 years old. We are affiliated with the American Montessori Society and licensed through the New York State Department of Education.

Please call to make an appointment to observe the children learning and socializing in the Montessori environment.
